Early reports out of New York City are confirming the nation’s worst fear: Lindsey Lohan will not be charged for, allegedly, hitting a pedestrian with her Porsche last month. Lohan is free to prowl the streets again. America, you may not sleep.

The allegation was that the once-lovely Lohan had bumped into a Jersey City cook as she parked her car. She then departed the scene to go clubbing which either includes baby seals or venue for dancing. The news reports were not clear on this last point. 

For now, Lohan’s driving record only has a couple DUIs and an odd collection of other automotive-related shenanigans.
